While we do not receive your credit card or other payment information, our payment processors described below may collect this information and we may receive a tokenized version of your payment information. This tokenized version of your payment information may only be used by our payment processor to process payments and to process your returns. We also collect information you provide to us when you participate in one of PetLabCo. voluntary questionnaires, polls, feedback forms, quizzes, or surveys.

We collect Personal Data you provide to us when you:

• fill in forms on our Websites. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use any of our Websites, making a purchase or creating a subscription, posting material (such as comments, reviews, and other feedback), or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest, sweepstake, a survey, or promotion sponsored by us or when you report a problem with any of our Websites or our products;
• contact us, including customer service or leave a comment or other post on social media. This includes maintaining records and copies of your correspondence;

• Meta Pixel. We use Meta Pixel to serve you ads on Facebook or Instagram based on your browsing behaviour. The Meta Pixel is a JavaScript code snippet placed on our website that helps us optimize our ads and make sure they’re shown to the right audience. The Meta Pixel sends information about user interactions directly to Meta servers, and Meta may link this information to your Facebook or Instagram account and also use it for its own promotional purposes in accordance with its privacy policy, available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. Our Websites may also use interaction and/or performance monitoring tools (sometimes called tracking scripts, analytics tools, application programming interfaces (APIs), session replay tools, or heatmap tools). Do Not Track Signals
